We strive to achieve next day delivery on office supply items featured in our catalog. Delivery times may vary depending upon your business location. In the immediate Granbury area we deliver on our own trucks Monday through Friday. In surrounding areas we utilize a combination of UPS, freight, or delivery on our truck, depending on order size and weight. In general, Granbury, TX area customers can place orders until 4:00p.m. for next day delivery or pick-up at our retail store in Granbury. Orders from other areas must be placed by 1:30p.m. for next day delivery. Of course, there are exceptions to the general guidelines stated above, and we will try to accommodate any special requirements you may have.
Furniture delivery and/or installation is handled separately from office supply delivery, depending upon the product(s) ordered. For example, if you order one filing cabinet, along with a small supply order, we will most likely deliver them together. On the other hand if you order five filing cabinets along with a supply order, the furniture and supplies will be scheduled and handled separately. We request that you contact us in advance on furniture orders to verify delivery schedule.
topWe request that all orders for delivery have a net merchandise price of at least $25.00 excluding sales tax. Orders under this amount are subject to a $1.50 small order handling charge. This will not apply to orders picked up at our Granbury retail store.
Items ordered which are out of stock will be automatically backordered and delivered as soon as available. In some instances items may be out of stock in our Dallas warehouse, but are available from Houston or another regional distribution center. In that case, the item will be delivered within 2-3 days. We make every effort to notify you if the item is not going to be delivered to you within a 2-3 day time frame, and orders placed on www.mosdirect.com receive immediate stock status information. We strive to employ a fair and flexible return policy. In general, any office supply item is returnable within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as it is in original packaging. After 30 days, or if original packaging is unavailable, a restocking charge may apply.
Office furniture is generally not returnable, unless due to defect or error on our part. Due to delivery cost involved in regard to furniture, we ask that you be very careful when ordering furniture and get correct stock numbers, verify colors, check product size to insure that it will fit, etc. Please contact us with all pre-sale questions in order to prevent any mistakes.
Please be aware that more and more office furniture items require substantial, or at least some, final assembly. Those items requiring assembly are clearly marked as "Assembly Required" in both our printed catalogs and on our web site. This trend is likely going to become more common over time as more product is sourced from overseas and shipping product in unassembled form requires less space and saves on shipping costs.
As a general rule, if an item requires assembly, we are able to offer that service for an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange for assembly and/or to inquire about pricing, and please remember that unless you specify differently the item you ordered will be delivered unassembled exactly as it comes to us from our distribution center. Most HON branded office furniture ships in a fully, or substantially, assembled state and and we are able to complete assembly on HON items at no additional charge.
We offer over 50,000 unique office supply, computer supply and furniture items. We stock approximately 2,500 sku's in our Granbury, TX retail store. Those items not stocked locally are normally sourced from our regional distribution centers, generally with "next day" availability. On a few office supply items, certain office furniture lines, and custom items, product must be ordered directly from the manufacturer. In these cases lead times may vary from one to six weeks.
